Family Ministries

At Welling Church, we put a high priority on Bible-centered teaching for every age group. That is why each Sunday morning, we offer an age-specific class where learning the Bible and fun collide.

Sunday Mornings

Creche

The crèche is available for every child under 2 years old. We desire to not only watch the little ones that come but also teach them Bible stories and songs.

Toddlers

Our Toddler Ministry (age 2-4) is more than just a safe place for watching your children during a service. It’s also a great opportunity for your children to hear Biblical messages in a fun-filled environment. It’s also a brilliant time for them to begin to learn about God.

Primary

Our Kids Church (age 5-11) is a great opportunity for your children to hear Biblical messages in a fun-filled environment. It’s also a brilliant time for kids to grow in their relationship with God and build close friendships with others.

Teens

Our Teen Ministry (age 12-16) is a great opportunity for your teen to hear Biblical messages in a fun-filled environment. It’s also a brilliant time for teens to grow in their relationship with God and build close friendships with others.

Drop Off Before Church

Creche, Toddlers, and Kids Church are offered during our Sunday Morning Services for children under 11. To help give our kids as much time as possible to learn about Jesus, we ask that you drop your kids off at their classroom before church starts via the back doors of the back hall. We also ask that you pick your kids up the same way as soon as the service is over.

Our teens will start in the service and be dismissed after the music to head to our teen building (in the car park) for their own sermon and discussion groups.

Our desire is to help our children grow up just like Jesus did. We are given a great insight into how Jesus grew up in Luke 2:52. Jesus not only grew smarter and taller (increased in wisdom and in stature) just like our kids, but he also grew in his relationship with God and others (in favour with God and man). We want to help each child that comes to Welling Church to do the same, which is why we want to focus on leading them in a growing relationship with God while learning how to treat others as well.

Friday Adventures Club

Adventures Meets Every Friday Night During School Term

Adventures clubs have a variety of activities:

Youth Club Adventures is for young people currently attending secondary school (years 7-11).
