Update From Your Pastors

Dear Welling Church family,

Autumn has finally come here in London, and it seems like it will be Christmas before we know it. I pray that you have been able to rest over the half-term break and find yourself ready to be the best representation of Christ till the end of this year.

Our church has undergone many transitions this term, and I can’t brag enough about everyone who has stepped up to help. The loss of Tarl, Jassen, and Kaylynn has been felt in all areas of our church family, but I am proud and thankful for everyone who has filled the gaps over the past few months. Our church would not be able to function without you and your much-needed service to God—a big thank you to all who have been a part of keeping the ministries of our church going.

Before the end of this year, there is still much to do in serving our church, plus reaching the local community with our Christmas outreaches. Please join me in praying all November for the opportunities this Christmas will bring us to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others.

Lastly, I am thankful for a church that cares and prays for one another. Over the past few months, there have been many who have fought sickness and many who have lost loved ones. I am glad our church is practising Romans 12:15 and caring for one another. Please don’t lose that spirit of caring and celebrating with your church family.

Romans 12:15 “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep”.
