Our Toddler Ministry (under 5s) is more than just a safe place for watching your children during a service. It’s also a great opportunity for your children to hear Biblical messages in a fun-filled environment. It’s also a brilliant time for kids to begin to learn about God.
We offer 3 great opportunities for under 5s to learn about God and have fun:
Crèche
The crèche is available for every child who has not started Primary School. Our desire is to not only watch the little ones that come but to teach them Bible stories and songs.
Baby Steps
Our very first small group at Welling Church was made for little ones under 5! Well, maybe it is more for their mums. Either way each Tuesday is a great time to get together to open the Bible, pray, and fellowship together. Visit our events page to learn more.

Our desire is to help under 5s grow up just like Jesus did. We are given a great insight into how Jesus grew up in Luke 2:52. Jesus not only grew smarter and taller (increased in wisdom and in stature) just like our kids, but he also grew in his relationship with God and others (in favour with God and man). We want to help each child that comes to Welling Church to do the same, which is why we want to focus on leading them in a growing relationship with God while learning how to treat others as well.
We desire to teach every toddler 3 key principles before they start primary school:

Jesus wants to be my friend forever
