Hello Welling Church family,
As we look toward the rest of 2021, we are reminded more than ever that the local church is God’s sovereign plan to serve the community through proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and His love to the world. Our church is committed to fulfilling its mission of encouraging people to follow Jesus and serve Him. Each day, we make a decision: to fall by the wayside or engage actively in contributing to God’s worldwide mission. Let us make a difference to our community and world through a passionate desire to pursue, worship, and hunger after God and His Word.
Starting in January, we began a series on the Book of Acts. From a band of fearful disciples to a movement o fearless witnesses of Christ, braving persecution and imprisonment, the Book of Acts is an incredible testimony to the power of the Gospel. The Acts of the Apostles chronicles the history of how the New Testament church lived out Christ’s Great Commission to share their faith, disciple people, and expand the church. This book cuts through man's preferences and traditions to show us how to live a sold out life for Christ. When a church loves God and loves people, great things happen.
And the history of the church is still being written. Local churches all over the world are still being empowered from the inside out by the Holy Spirit. The world is still being changed for all eternity because of His Acts through us. Their history is our history. Their story is our story. Please join us on Sunday as we continue our journey together through the Book of Acts!

All our little monsters will be on half term 15-19 February Which means no Wednesday Bible Study or Adventures Online that week.
We will be meeting Wednesday nights at 19:30 for Bible Study on Zoom.
No Bible Study for Half Term Break on 17 February.
Secondary students will meet for a Bible lesson, small groups, and games all online.
No Adventures Online for Half Term Break on 19 February.
Be sure to join us Sunday mornings at 11:00 as we continue our series: Acts - the church begins.
Unfortunately, with the new lockdown rules, we will not be able to offer Kids Church during Sunday morning services.
